To say 2020 is a “heck” of a year is an understatement. COVID 19 has affected all of us in many ways and as we near the distribution of a vaccine, we know that it is critical to remain vigilant. The decision to remain open was never an easy choice. Ideally, as we are sure many businesses would feel, we would prefer to have closed and waited out the pandemic. Unfortunately, the need to keep our employees earning, paying rent and taxes lead us to the need for operating. Chachalaca is proud of our team members for making Chachalaca a safe place for customers to enjoy food and drinks. We take our responsibility to maintain distances in seating and following protocols seriously. The Chachalaca team has done an incredible job ensuring we have not failed in keeping our customers and team members safe during unimaginable times.

As we turn the corner and face 2021; Chachalaca wants to thank all of YOU for your continued support! While we wait for vaccine goals to be meet in Mexico, we will continue to operate at reduced capacity and follow safety protocols. Chachalaca will continue to actively participate in government-mandated activities and will not circumvent our duty to operate our business responsibly. The health and well-being of our team and customers are far more important than money.
