Welcome Chef Juliette

Chachalaca Bar and Grill is happy to announce our new chef, Juliette! Juliette has more than 15 years of experience and many know her cooking from her many years at Apaches Bistro. Her culinary talents are famous in the Romantic Zone and we are thrilled to have her. Chef Juliette is serving an excellent menu and we are adding new items regularly. Stop in for her famous Pork Filet with pepper sauce, or Peanut Chicken Satee. Delicious!
