Located at Francisca Rodríguez 136, Emiliano Zapata, just a short walking distance from the pier and Blue Chairs beach, new business owners Christopher Biles and Vincent Smith have revamped what was formerly named StreetBar Vallarta into a bright and lively addition to Puerta Vallarta.
