Puerto Vallarta is OPEN

What does this mean? Like last summer, we will be at 50% capacity (we have never changed that), and in order to drink in ANY establishment, food must be served. (Bars are closed, restaurants are open). Customers will be expected to enter the premises with a mask, sanitize or wash hands at the door. Please wear your mask whenever you are away from your table.

The good news! Chachalaca has a terrific menu! Chef Julie cooks some of the best snacks, lunch, and dinner items in town. Plenty to choose from. Look out for August specials. We continue to follow protocols, offer outside seating, open-air seating with plenty of ventilation (check out our new fans!). While all our employees have received at least their first vaccination, our team will continue to follow mask-wearing guidelines.

To support the closing time of midnight, Chachalaca will stop serving at 11 PM. We will open at our normal time of 3 PM and August’s happy hour will be 3 PM to 7 PM daily! Happy Hour includes a 20% discount on main food items (appetizers excluded)
