3 Years and COUNTING!

July 20, 2018, We boarded a plane and headed to paradise. Christopher left a corporate job after 28 years knowing it was time to work for me! Vincent was investing in paradise and his best friend.  July 24, 2018, my business partner, and I closed the deal on Chachalaca after acquiring the business from the previous owners of Street Bar Vallarta. In three years, we have fallen more in love with the city and community in Puerto Vallarta. There have been hundreds of lessons learned, and we are still weathering a global pandemic. We are proud to be HERE! Living in paradise and serving a diverse community has been a rewarding experience! Our goal is to provide a fun, welcoming, and safe space for the whole community to enjoy. We want you to relax, enjoy garden seating, have a tasty snack or meal, and of course, some of the best drinks in town.

As we turn the corner on the pandemic, hopefully, later this year, the owners of Chachalaca Bar want to thank our incredible team. Our team’s dedication to our customers is #1 second to NONE. Most of our team has been with Chachalaca since the beginning; we could not be prouder of all of them. We want to thank our amazing customers! Our customers give valuable feedback, understanding during a global crisis, supported Chachalaca when we had to close, and make us happy to go to work every day! We are proud of our role as responsible business owners. Chachalaca Bar pays taxes, employee taxes, IMSS (Employee health insurance), and follows all applicable laws and protocols. We know that doing business right and taking good care of our team is crucial to our success. Three years and counting Chachalacas!
